Working with a fortune IT company, she just started her fitness journey with a Goal to lose weight. Very late she realized Personal Trainers would fail her putting her on Cardio machines. She learned Nutrition is key and went on to do her education in “Fitness Nutrition” from International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) . She strength trains for 3 hours a day and understands well the concepts of how to design workout plans for females, their challenges, energy levels, apprehensions. She combines both the worlds of Nutrition and Training to get the best out of her clients.
